Summary:

This memo documents the User Interface (UI) design of the Prototype Middle Vernon Creek Decision Support System (MVC DSS). The document includes descriptions and mock-ups of main UI screens and output reports, as well as short instructions for completing common tasks.

This document drives straight to a description of the main outputs generated by the MVC DSS in Section 1.

Section 2 then introduces the Graphical User Interface that controls model settings and operation of the tool that produces these outputs.
