March 22, 2019

Kelowna Daily Courier – March 22, 2019

The Okanagan Basin Water Board is inviting young people to be climate heroes and enter its seventh annual youth challenge.

Youth from five to 18 years of age can be climate heroes by participating in activities that improve our water and our planet.

On the Challenge section of the OKWaterWise.ca website, teachers, parents and youth will find contest details, including activities to learn more about the issues and challenges to tackle these issues head on.

Challenges include joining the #trashtag effort to clean wetlands, creeks and beaches.
