Okanagan residents are invited to celebrate Canadian Water Week, March 21-27, by taking in a free movie.
“We look forward to holding these events in person in the future, but over the past year we’ve all gotten used to meeting online,” noted OBWB Executive Director Anna Warwick Sears. “We’re happy that we can still find a way to connect with the community and celebrate water!”
The Okanagan Basin Water Board and its Okanagan WaterWise program has teamed up with UBC Okanagan’s Institute for Biodiversity, Resilience, and Ecosystem Services for an online screening of “Lost Rivers” and panel discussion for next Thursday, March 25.
